Return and Warranty Policies:

The following information can also be found on the back of your receipt. If you have a plant health question or aren't sure about the status of a plant, feel free to e-mail photos to info@greenbarngardencenter.com. Note that we will still need the plant in store for warranty returns, but a photo ahead of time can help determine the status or we can help with suggestions if there is abnormal growth. Since some plants take longer to develop in the spring, please check with us before removing a plant. 763-444-5725. 

 

 

Please Save Your Receipt for Returns.

Non seasonal hard goods in salable condition in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with a receipt.

Plants in their original packaging and in good condition, Seasonal home décor, and seasonal holiday merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Seasonal holiday items may not be returned after the holiday. No seed returns after June 30^th.

No returns on custom orders, arbors, or clearance items.

 

Zone Hardy Plant Guarantee

Zone 2, 3, and 4 trees, shrubs, woody vines, hardy shrub roses, and evergreens may be replaced that fail to live one year from the purchase date under normal conditions when our planting and care recommendations have been followed and planted within their listed zone. Replacement is available one time only. If a plant replacement is not available, an in store credit will be issued. No refunds will be given. Warranty does not apply to plants in above ground containers, clearance items 50% off or more, or replacement plants.

Herbaceous perennials are not under warranty over winter, but may be replaced if the plant dies during the current growing season.

 

Requirements for One Year Nursery Warranty Replacement:

 

Original receipt • Dead plant with roots • Plant tag

 

Please call prior to removing plant as some plants are late to emerge. Warranty replacements begin May 15.

Green Barn is not responsible for damage caused by disease, pests, animals, weather, or neglect.

 

Annuals, Foliage Plants, Bulbs, and Tropical Plants:

No warranty on these items. Plants that fail to thrive under normal conditions within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for replacement. Green Barn cannot be responsible for frost or weather injury. Please protect plants as needed from inclement weather and ask for advice regarding care.
