Green Barn grows the following items on our 100 acres of field production available in season. Our produce department opens in store sometime late June or early July-October:

• Sweet Corn
• Green Beans
• Tomatoes
• Zucchini
• Peppers (many varieties of hot and sweet)
• Squash in fall (butternut, buttercup, sweet dumpling, acorn, delicata, golden buttercup, spaghetti, hubbard and turban Squash)
• Watermelon
• Muskmelon
• Potatoes (red, russet, Yukon gold)
• Slicing cucumber
• Pickling cucumbers (call to be added to our list for large quantities)
• Pumpkins-fall
• Gourds-fall

Other Minnesota Grown seasonal produce-call for current availability:

Onions, cabbage, radish, carrots, beets, parsnips,  apples, honey, and more!

We also offer seasonal produce that does not grow in Minnesota. Look for peaches, pears, cherries, and other fruits when they are at their peak flavor.

We accept orders for cases of many items and will notify you when they are available for those interested in canning, freezing, or for special events. Please call to inquire about ordering pears, corn, tomatoes, pickling cucumbers, green beans, beets, Colorado peaches, and carrots by the case/large bag.
